Why "Ada"?

Ada is named after Ada Lovelace, a 19th-century mathematician who is often credited with being the world's first computer programmer. In 1843, she wrote extensive notes and annotations on Charles Babbage's Analytical Engine, including what is considered to be the first algorithm intended for machine processing. Her vision extended beyond mere calculations; she foresaw a future where machines could create art, music, and more—a concept that aligns perfectly with the limitless potential of modern computing and generative AI. 

Just as Ada Lovelace broke barriers in her time, our Ada aims to break barriers in the venture capital industry, offering unparalleled insights and analytics to support our investment decisions. 

Ada's Journey: From 2018 to Now 

Ada has been a part of the Fusion Fund family since 2018 and has undergone significant evolution over the past 4 years. Initially designed to assist with basic data collection and analysis, Ada has grown into a sophisticated tool capable of complex deal sourcing research, predictive analytics, and even sentiment analysis on potential investment opportunities.
