Sally Miller is the Chief Information Officer for DHL Supply Chain in North America & DSC Digital Transformation Officer, where she has led the regional information technology (IT) organization since 2014 and is responsible for the global digital transformation for the division. Sally is also a member of the DHL Supply Chain North America Executive Team.

In her role as CIO & Digital Transformation Officer, Sally supports the continued pursuit of digitalization efforts across the organization, focusing on how robotics, data analytics, autonomous vehicles, AI, IT systems and processes can optimize our operations. Sally and her team specialize in the flawless execution of tier-1 supply chain IT solutions integrated with proprietary tools and end-to-end visibility that contribute to industry leading service.

Before joining DHL in 2005 as IT leader for the Retail business unit, Sally deployed and supported IT-based supply chain management solutions for APL Logistics and Thomson Multimedia.

Sally earned a bachelor’s degree in Decision Sciences and Operations and Systems Management from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
